Meet Ruby McPhail 

Hi, I'm Ruby McPhail, an experienced Virtual Assistant and the Director of Offsite Admin.

I've spent years working in retail management, online shopping / e-commerce management and with a range of small and medium sized New Zealand businesses including tradies and retail businesses. I launched Offsite Admin as a way to put my unique blend of skills to use in a personalised way. 

As Virtual Assistants, my team and I specialise in meeting the unique needs of small businesses from bookkeeping and payroll to e-commerce management and general administration. Whether you are in retail, on the building site or in the virtual universe, we understand your industry and the challenges. Our aim is to add real value to you as business owners and help you to grow and succeed while we take care of the admin.
